sliced into thick steaks

extra virgin olive oil

za'atar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lay cauliflower steaks in a single layer on a baking sheet.
1 large head cauliflower
Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle evenly with za'atar, salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 tablespoons za'atar,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Roast until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
