Sweet, salty, and perfectly caramelized, these Salted Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes are the ultimate cozy side dish for fall and winter. Salt is the perfect balance to the natural sweetness of maple syrup and sweet potatoes which become soft, tender and caramelized in the oven. Whether you’re serving them with roasted chicken, Thanksgiving turkey, or Sunday brunch, these golden cubes of goodness will disappear fast.
Spread potatoes out on baking pan in a single layer then roast 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender and caramelized.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining sald and a little extra fresh cracked black pepper before. Garnish with minced parsley to serve if you wish.
