This bright and herbal Moscow Mule recipe is infused with fresh rosemary and muddled with fresh mint and lime juice. It's the ultimate refreshing drink recipe!
Add lime quarters, simple syrup, fresh rosemary and fresh mint to a cocktail shaker then use a muddler to gently breakdown. The goal is to release the juice in the lime and the essential oils in the herbs.
Pour the vodka to the cocktail shaker then fill with ice. Shake well then pour in to four copper mugs filled with ice, about 2/3 of the way full. Top each glass with ginger beer to serve. Garnish with additional rosemary or lime if you wish.
