This bright and refreshing Lebanese cabbage slaw is made with shredded cabbage, lemon, mint, and garlic. It's a quick and easy side salad perfect for serving with chicken, beef or shrimp.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to combine. Check for seasoning and adjust to taste adding more lemon, garlic or salt if needed.
Notes
This salad is great with dried mint but I also love making it with fresh mint in the summer. The thinner the cabbage, the more dressing it can hold so use a really shark knife or even a mandolin for ideal results.
