broccoli cut in long florets

extra virgin olive oil

dried oregano

red chili flakes

sea salt

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
In a large bowl, coat broccoli with olive oil and sprinkle on all dried spices (oregano through pepper.)
8 cups broccoli cut in long florets,
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil,
1 teaspoon dried oregano,
1 teaspoon dried rosemary,
1 teaspoon dried basil,
1 teaspoon fennel seeds,
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes,
1 teaspoon sea salt,
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix well - use your hands for this or get the kids involved!
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until nicely browned.
Garnish with fresh Parmesan.
