A quick and easy appetizer recipe, crispy crostini are topped with smoked fish dip, capers, red onion, tomatoes and dill. Ideal for brunch, baby showers or cocktail receptions.
Spread 1 tablespoon or so of smoked grouper dip on each crostini then place on a large platter. Top each crostini with a sprinkle of minced onion and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle all with salt and pepper.
Right before serving top each crostini with a couple capers and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
