Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more ice until you've reached desired level of thickness.
1 cup hulled strawberries,
1 ripe banana,
1 cup plain low fat yogurt,
1/2 cup protein powder,
2 tablespoons cocoa powder,
2 tablespoons flax seed meal,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
ice to taste
