1Butterball Cook from Frozen Whole Turkey about 12 pounds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and place oven rack in the lowest position to allow room for the turkey.
To unwrap the frozen turkey, remove any packaging then place in sink and run under cold water to remove inner packaging. Remove turkey from inner packaging with a quick rip and tear.
Carefully place turkey in a roasting bag, breast side up, and brush or spray with oil. Roast approximately 5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F in the breast and thigh.
Let turkey rest 15 minutes before carving. Garnish with fresh herbs and citrus if you wish before serving.
Notes
Butterball's cook from frozen turkey doesn't require any thawing, basting or seasoning but you are welcome to put your own touch on it by adding extra spices after you've brushed it with oil, before you place in oven. Always use a meat thermometer to confirm safe internal temperatures.
