For stronger flavor, use frozen fruit and you won't have to use as much ice! It'll keep your smoothie flavor from getting watered down.Make this smoothie ahead of time! You can freeze the individually portioned ingredients for this smoothie in a bag then just toss it all in a blender with some water when you're ready to make it!
