Method
1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, make dressing; place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
3.Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl with pasta and dressing; toss gently to combine.
Angel hair pasta, also known as capelli d’angelo, is a thin, narrow pasta that cooks very quickly. Do not overcook or it will become starchy and stodgy. This recipe is best made just before serving.
