Method
1.Combine mirin, sauce, sugar, sake, ginger, garlic, oil and seeds in large bowl. Stir in beef, corn, broccoli and sugar snap peas; stand 5 minutes.
2.Drain beef mixture over medium saucepan; reserve marinade.
3.Cook beef and vegetable mixture, in batches, on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned all over and cooked as desired.
4.Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
5.Serve beef and vegetables drizzled with hot marinde; sprinkle with sprouts.
