Method

1.Season tuna; coat both sides of tuna with seeds.
2.Heat oiled medium frying pan; cook tuna, uncovered, until browned both sides and cooked as desired.
3.Cut tuna into 24 similar-sized pieces about 2cm each.
4.Serve tuna topped with combined mayonnaise and wasabi; skewer with toothpicks.

Tuna is best cooked rare as it tends to dry out when overcooked. You could also use salmon or swordfish for this recipe.
