1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until just tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain.
2.Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, mustard, dressing and the water in small bowl until smooth.
3.Place pasta in large bowl with flaked salmon, capers, celery, cucumber, dill and rind. Just before serving, drizzle salad with dressing, toss gently to combine. Serve with lemon cheeks.
