Method
1.For the marinade, combine the ginger, garlic, chillies, cassia buds, peppercorns and salt, to taste.
2.Marinate the lamb cutlets, check the seasoning and keep aside for 10 minutes.
3.Heat a granite stone, preferably on charcoal.
4.Place the marinated cutlet on the top. Cook on both the sides.
5.Serve hot, with the onion rings, lemon wedges and fresh mint leaves.
