Method
1.Boil, steam or microwave the rice, following packet instructions, until tender; then drain and keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan; add the fish and cook until browned on both sides and just cooked through.
3.Combine the mayonnaise, wasabi, onion, coriander and juice in a small bowl.
4.Boil, steam or microwave the broccoli until just tender.
5.Serve the fish with rice, broccoli and wasabi mayonnaise.
Blue eye fillets, perch and ling are all suitable for this recipe. Wasabi (Japanese horseradish) is available as a paste in tubes from some supermarkets, fishmongers and asian food stores. The wasabi mayonnaise can be made several hours ahead. Not suitable to freeze. Suitable to microwave.
