Method
1.Make mango salad. Combine mango, onion, chilli, sprouts and coriander. To make dressing combine fish sauce, sugar, lime and peanut oil in a screw-top jar and shake well.
2.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Combine prawns with turmeric, chilli, paprika and garlic in a large bowl.
3.Cook prawn mixture, in batches, on a heated oiled barbecue grill plate until browned lightly.
4.Serve prawns with salad.
If palm sugar is difficult to find, you can use brown sugar instead
