Method

1.Place asparagus on large plate, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with garlic; toss to combine.
2.Cook asparagus on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until just tender. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with oregano leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
