1.Combine sherry, syrup, mustard, garlic, onion and nectar in small saucepan, simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Stand 5 minutes.
2.Combine sherry mixture in large bowl with turkey. Cook turkey on heated oiled barbecue turning and brushing occasionally with sherry mixture, about 40 minutes or until cooked through. Cover turkey, stand 10 minutes then slice thickly.
3.Meanwhile, segment mandarins over large bowl.
4.Make mandarin dressing. Combine ingredients in screw-top jar, shake well.
5.Combine turkey in bowl with mandarin, endive, parsley and dressing, toss gently.
