1.Enclose beef tightly in plastic wrap, freeze about 1 hour or until partially frozen. Slice beef as thinly as possible.
2.Combine ingredients for basil salsa verde in small bowl.
3.Arrange beef on serving plates in a single layer; top with lettuce and cheese. Spoon salsa verde over beef.
