Method
1.In a small saucepan, combine 60g of the chocolate and 1/4 cup (60ml) cream. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Cool.
2.Reserve 2 tablespoons of the chocolate sauce. Whisk together remaining chocolate sauce and milk until well combined. Whip remaining cream until soft peaks form. Use a sharp knife to finely slice remaining chocolate to form shards.
3.Divide the reserved chocolate sauce between 2 tall glasses. Turn each of the glasses upside down and twist so that it drizzles down the sides.
4.Add the chocolate milk and 2 scoops of ice-cream to each. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shards. Serve immediately.
