Sweet chilli beef ribs

Tender morsels of meat and sweet chilli sauce combine to make these barbecued beef ribs finger-lickingly good. Be sure to prepare enough per person, or you'll have people fighting over the last bone!

Method

1.Place spareribs in large shallow dish with combined sauces, wine, garlic, ginger and coriander. (Best made ahead to this stage). Cover tightly, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, or freeze.
2.Cook ribs in covered barbecue, using indirect heat, following manufacturer instructions, about 30 minutes or until browned all over and cooked as desired.
