Method
1.Make tamarind dressing. Whisk ingredients in a bowl until combined.
2.Heat oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry beef for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
3.Polace beef in a large bowl with wombok, chilli, peanuts, spinach, herbs and dressing; toss gently to combine.
Brown rice syrup is also known as rice syrup or rice malt. It is available in the health food section in most supermarkets. Use prawns, chicken or tofu instead of the beef.
