1.In a large saucepan, heat oil over a medium heat; cook garlic and chilli, stirring, for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
2.Add potatoes, wine, tomatoes, stock and water to pan; bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are just tender.
3.Add seafood; simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes, or until fish is cooked and mussels are open. Stir in juice to taste before serving.
Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave. Use a stiff brush to scrub the mussels under cold water. You can ask your local fishmonger to beard the mussels for you. Discard any mussels that do not open.
