Method
1.Brush beef with oil; cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked as desired.
2.Meanwhile, combine cheese, butter and onion in small bowl. Combine mustard, honey, extra oil and vinegar in screw-top jar; shake well.
3.Place mesclun, pear and mustard dressing in medium bowl; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with nuts.
4.Spread blue-cheese butter on hot beef; serve with salad.
