Method
1.Make tomato chilli sauce. Combine sugar and vinegar in medium saucepan; cook, stirring, over low heat, until sugar dissolves.
2.Add chilli and tomato; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Drain sauce over small bowl; reserve solids.
3.Return liquid to pan; bring to the boil. Boil, uncovered, until liquid is reduced by half. Return tomato solids to pan; stir over heat until sauce is hot.
4.Meanwhile, combine oil, juice, spices and chicken in medium bowl.
5.Cook chicken on heated oiled barbecue until cooked through.
6.Serve chicken with sauce.
