Method
1.Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; stand until tender, drain.
2.Meanwhile, cook fish, skin-side down, in heated oiled large frying pan about 5 minutes or until skin is crisp; turn fish, cook 3 minutes. Remove fish from pan; cover, stand 5 minutes.
3.Heat oil in same cleaned pan; cook garlic, chilli and ginger, stirring, until fragrant. Add noodles, rind, juice, sauce and half the onion; stir gently until noodles are heated through.
4.Serve fish with noodles; sprinkle with coriander and remaining onion.
