Method
1.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; stand until just tender, drain.
2.Heat half the oil in wok; stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok. Heat remaining oil in wok, add garlic and onion; stir-fry until soft.
3.Add stock, peanut butter, sauce and juice; simmer, uncovered, 1 minute. Return pork to wok with vegetables and noodles; stir-fry until hot.
