Method
1.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
2.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry garlic, ginger and chilli until fragrant. Add broccolini and asparagus; stir-fry until just tender.
3.Add prawns and scallops to wok; stir-fry until just cooked through. Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot.
You could use gai lan or broccoli if broccolini is not available.
