1.Combine ginger, 1 tablespoon of the sauce and pork in medium bowl.
2.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
3.Add onion, capsicum, corn, carrot, broccolini and the water to wok; stir-fry until carrot is tender. Return pork to wok with peas and remaining sauce; stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
