Pork and corn salas ortilla wraps
1.Combine pork, oil and seasoning mix in a medium bowl; toss to coat.
2.Warm the tortillas according to the directions on the packet.
3.To make salsa: combine corn, tomato, onion and coriander in a medium bowl.
4.Cook pork on a heated, oiled grill plate or in a large frying pan until pork is browned and tender. Serve pork wrapped in tortillas with salsa, lettuce and sour cream.
