Method
1.Heat oiled small frying pan; fry egg, one side only, until barely set. Meanwhile, heat oiled wok; stir-fry bacon rasher until browned. Add nasi goreng spice mix, green onions and rice; stir-fry until hot.
2.Remove from heat; stir in tomato, season to taste. Serve fried rice topped with egg; sprinkle with a little thinly sliced green onion.
Nasi goreng spice mix is available from Asian grocery stores and the Asian section of larger supermarkets.
