Method
1.Toss chops in flour; shake away excess. Heat half of the oil in a 3 litre flameproof casserole dish. In batches, cook chops until browned. Remove from dish.
2.Heat remaining oil in dish. Stir bacon, mushrooms and garlic over heat for 5 minutes.
3.Preheat oven to 180°C.
4.Return chops to dish. Add stock, vinegar and potatoes; bring to a boil. Cook in oven about 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
5.Serve sprinkled with parsley.
