Method
1.Add the steak to a heated greased frypan, sear on both sides then cook to desired doneness. Remove steak from pan and stand covered 10 minutes.
2.Meanwhile cut tomatoes into thin wedges and combine in a large bowl with coriander, cucumber and shallots. Slice beef and add to salad.
3.Pour in dressing, tossing gently to combine ingredients. Garnish salad with dried chilli flakes.
4.Serve in lettuce cups, if desired.
Salad is best prepared as required.
