Fish with celery and bean salad
1.Make dressing.
2.Make celery and bean salad, add ¼ cup (60ml) of the dressing; toss gently to combine.
3.Heat oiled, large frying pan; cook fish until browned on both sides and cooked as desired. Remove from pan.
4.Add remaining dressing to same pan; bring to a boil.
5.Serve salad topped with fish, drizzled with warm dressing.
Dressing
6.In a small bowl, combine juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oil; whisk until thickened slightly. Stir in oregano and capers.
