1.Combine garlic, juice, cumin and oil in large bowl; add lamb, stir to coat in mixture. Cover; refrigerate.
2.To make guacamole; coarsely chop avocado over small bowl; add remaining ingredients, stir gently to combine.
3.To make salsa cruda; combine ingredients in small bowl.
4.Cook lamb, in batches, in heated oiled frying pan, stirring, until browned all over and cooked as desired. Cover to keep warm. Cook capsicums and onion, in batches, in same pan, stirring, until just softened.
5.Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to instructions on packet.
6.Return lamb and capsicum mixture to pan; stir gently over medium heat until hot. Divide fajita mixture among serving plates; serve with tortillas, guacamole and salsa cruda.
