3.In a oiled frying pan, cook lamb in batches over high heat, stirring, until browned all over and cooked as desired. Remove from pan. Cover to keep warm.
4.In the same pan, cook capsicum and onion, in batches, stirring, until just softened.
5.Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to instructions on packet.
6.Return lamb and capsicum mixture to pan; stir gently over medium heat until hot. Season to taste. Divide fajita mixture among serving plates; serve with tortillas, guacamole and salsa cruda.
