This recipe pairs store bought gnocchi with a creamy sauce and delicate salmon for an easy and delicious meal. If you have a bit more time then you can make your own gnocchi as well.

1.Cook gnocchi in a saucepan boiling, salted water following packet instructions. Drain well.
2.Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan on medium. Brush salmon with a little oil and season to taste. Cook 2-3 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate.
3.Heat remaining oil in same pan on medium. Sauté garlic 1 minute, taking care not to burn. Stir in sour cream, peas and juice. Bring to a simmer.
4.Add drained gnocchi to pan and toss well. Season to taste. Remove from heat. Stir basil and zest through.
5.Divide among serving bowls and flake over salmon.
