Method
1.Heat half the oil in large saucepan, add chicken, onion, garlic, bacon and capsicum; cook, stirring, until cooked through. Add chilli powder and chilli; cook, stirring, until fragrant.
2.Add undrained tomatoes to pan; simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Add beans; simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until thickened, season to taste. Sprinkle coriander over chilli to serve.
Serve with warmed tortillas and a dollop of sour cream.
