Method
1.Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain.
2.Heat half the oil in wok; stir-fry beef, in batches, until browned.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry capsicum, mushrooms, ginger and garlic until capsicum is tender.
4.Return beef to wok with noodles, sauces and onion; stir-fry until hot.
5.Coarsely chop some of the stir-fry for toddler. Divide remaining stir-fry onto serving plates.
