Method
1.In a bowl, combine seafood with all the remaining ingredients, except the skewers, greens and lime wedges. Thread seafood mixture onto skewers.
2.Preheat a barbecue plate or char-grill on medium and cook skewers for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
3.Serve seafood skewers with steamed greens and lime wedges.
