Method
1.Combine juice, prunes and cinnamon in small saucepan, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until prunes are plump and soft. Remove from heat, stand, covered. (Remove cinnamon sticks before serving)
2.Bring milk to the boil in large saucepan. Gradually add rice, simmer, stirring occasionally, about 35 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in sugar and nutmeg
3.Serve rice topped with prunes
