1.Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan forced). Grease 40cm (16-inch) long strip of foil.
2.Combine sugar and honey in small saucepan, stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer, simmer, uncovered, without stirring, until syrup thickens slightly. Remove pan from heat.
3.Meanwhile, chop nuts, fruit and peel finely, combine mixture in medium bowl with syrup.
4.Stir in sifted flour, cocoa and cinnamon, then chocolate.
5.Shape mixture into 5cm (2-inch) diameter log, roll tightly in foil, place on oven tray.
6.Bake 45 minutes; remove foil, cool on tray overnight.
7.Slice log, place slices on wire racks, pipe or drizzle extra chocolate over slices. Set at room temperature.
