Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.In a large, shallow baking dish, combine cereals, oil and honey. Toast, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring at least three times. Cool for 10 minutes, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
