Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.Combine cereals, oil and honey in a large shallow baking dish. Toast, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring at least three times during cooking time.
3.Cool cereal; stir in remaining dry ingredients.
4.Serve muesli with milk of your choice.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
