2.Combine sauce, stock, sugar, ginger, garlic, star anise, juice, rind and chilli in large shallow baking dish, add ribs, turn ribs to coat in mixture. Cover, cook, in oven, 2 hours.
3.Turn ribs, cook, covered, another 30 minutes or until ribs are tender. Remove ribs from dish, cover to keep warm.
4.Pour braising liquid into large jug, skim fat from surface. Place liquid in medium saucepan, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste.
5.Serve ribs drizzled with sauce.
