1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Combine goats cheese, fresh chives, roasted slivered almonds and finely chopped seeded prunes in a small bowl. Spray one of 16 fillo sheets with cooking-oil spray. Top with another pastry sheet. Repeat to make four stacks. Cut each stack into four to make 16 rectangles. Place level tablespoons of cheese mixture along short sides of each rectangle. Roll pastry once over filling, fold in both sides then roll up to form cigars.
2.Place pastries on lined oven tray, bake about 15 minutes.
