1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease a 12-hole (1/3-cup) oval friand pan.
2.Whisk egg whites in a bowl with a fork until frothy. Add butter, sifted icing sugar, almond meal, flour, zest, juice and half the blueberries; stir until combined.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle tops with remaining blueberries. Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted at centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5 minutes.
4.Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with extra icing sugar. Serve.
