Method
1.To make blue cheese dressing, combine ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
2.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F.
3.Place potato, in single layer, in large shallow baking tin; drizzle with oil. Roast, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until browned lightly and tender.
4.Cook beef on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Cover; stand 5 minutes then slice thinly.
5.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave beans until just tender; drain.
6.Combine beef, beans and potato in large bowl with tomato and rocket, drizzle with dressing; toss gently.
