Who’s ready for a little festive magic made EASY? These cheat’s mince pies are my go-to when I want something sweet, warm, and full of Christmas vibes without having to spend hours in the kitchen. They’re flaky, golden, and bursting with fruity flavour.

Ingredients

Method

1.

Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares. Spoon ¼ cup fruit mince slightly to one side of each pastry square. Fold over to make a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.

2.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.

3.

Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.

4.

Serve cheat’s mince pies warm with custard or ice-cream – yum!
