The Test Kitchen has been developing new Christmas recipes since August, culminating in our TV special, which aired on December 10. We hope they bring joy, colour and deliciousness to your festive table.

We were thrilled to have Poh Ling Yeow and Julie Goodwin re-unite in our food studios for the show, making our twist on a classic summer dessert – mini pavlova shells with cream and mangoes. 

For the eighth year in a row, The Project‘s Sarah Harris hosted the festive program, which went behind the scenes on our Women’s Weekly Christmas shoots with some of our favourite Aussie celebrities.
